Our Airbnb Cleaning Process
We aim to be the “set it and forget it” cleaner for your Airbnb properties. Our process allows you to take a hands off approach to cleaning your Airbnb.
Once you book your first Airbnb cleaning a member of our short term rental management team will reach out to you for a quick consultation. During this call we will get the following information:
- Airbnb Address – Most of our Airbnb cleaning clients have their property at a separate address than their billing address.
- Guest Arrival/Departure – We will confirm the date, time and amount of guests for your next check in/checkout
- Frequency – Is this a one time booking or will we be cleaning for future bookings as well?
- Entry Notes – Is there a smart lock or lockbox that we need to access? Is your property in an apartment complex that requires our cleaners to have discretion?
- Listing Link – We will get a link to your listing so that our cleaners can study your pictures and leave your home staged exactly like it should be before each booking. (for those hiring us for recurring Airbnb cleanings we will also use this link to be added to your Airbnb “Team” so we can see any future bookings and prepare for those cleanings).
- Additional Notes: Are there toiletries inside the property that you’d like us to restock? Any additional things we should know?
Once our cleaner arrives at your property they will take pictures of each room and do a damage assessment. These pictures and their damage assessment will be sent to you or your property manager before cleaning begins. They will also do a Pre-Clean Inspection that includes the following:
- Turn on lights in every room to ensure all bulbs are working
- Verify A/C and heat are working
- Test all kitchen appliances (we will only test appliances that are out in the open and already plugged in)
- Turn on all faucets and flush all toilets
- Turn on all tvs
After your Airbnb has been cleaned your cleaner will again send pictures of every room to ensure that it is cleaned and has been staged correctly. They will then close all doors and turn off all lights before leaving.
