This is normally followed by scheduling recurring basic cleanings to maintain your “baseline”.

What Not To Expect:

Cleaning of areas that require specialized cleaning services, such as carpet cleaning or exterior window cleaning.

This type of cleaning is typically more comprehensive than a Basic cleaning service and may include tasks such as cleaning the inside of cabinets and drawers, deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas and cleaning baseboards.

What To Expect:

A more thorough cleaning of the entire home or apartment, including areas that may have been neglected during regular cleaning. Cleaning inside of cabinets and drawers (must be emptied before your cleaner arrives), inside refrigerator (must be emptied of food before your cleaner arrives), and wet scrubbing of baseboards.

What Not To Expect:

Cleaning of items or areas that require specialized cleaning services, such as exterior window cleaning or carpet cleaning. Move in/Move out cleanings do not include any types of repairs – including but not limited to repairing holes in walls, paint damage, damage to carpets etc. It also does not include junk removal or hauling.
